The Company will become a major player in the global filtration industry, with a variety of advanced technological solutions and worldwide presence, led by a strong and committed team.
The enlarged group will have a greatly expanded product portfolio which will offer a wide range of innovative water filtration systems and solutions.

Amiad & Arkal are professional companies, with a significant added value to each other and a potential synergy. We are working in a dynamic environment and believe the joined technologies, sales presence and teams will be for the benefit of our customers.

> How will Arkal be integrated into Amiad?

We are currently planning the PMI (Post Merger Integration) stage. At the moment there will be no changes in Arkal's operations. When the PMI plan will be ready, the relevant changes will be communicated and implemented.

Product Questions

> Is Amiad terminating any products on the final merger date?

Amiad is not announcing any definitive plans for any products at the moment. Both Amiad and Arkal are still evaluating optional directions and will ensure that the needs of customers and partners are met.

> Will there be a change in the resources Amiad will spend for R&D on Arkal products?

We expect that Amiad's & Arkal's development efforts will grow as a result of the innovative combined technology.

No. We expect the merged company to focus on accelerating the progress of new and innovative technologies, products & solutions.

We are not announcing any product name changes at this time.

Customer Support Questions
|

> Will there be any process changes for Amiad's & Arkal's customers on Day 1?

No, there will be no process changes for Amiad's & Arkal's customers on Day 1. Customers will continue to purchase Amiad & Arkal products through their normal channels. Customers will continue to purchase under their existing contracts.
The Amiad and Arkal Technical Support Departments will continue to provide support for their respective products.
Any future changes to the Sales and/or Support processes will be communicated to customers and partners well in advance of the changes being implemented, so that they can plan accordingly.

> Will this merger affect the standard of support for Amiad or Arkal products? Will existing processes or procedures
for customer and technical support change?

No. This merger will not affect the standard of support to Amiad and/or Arkal customers. We will continue to provide customers with support at levels consistent with their support agreements.

> I am a current Amiad/Arkal customer with a technical support contract. Will the terms and delivery processes
for technical support change after the merger?
|

Customers will continue to receive exceptional support from the same people or groups that were supporting them previously, and all existing customer support entitlements will remain fully in force.
Customers should continue to use the support as they have in the past. Support phone numbers and web site links will also remain the same at the moment.
Any future changes to the Sales and/or Support processes will be communicated to customers and partners well in advance of the changes being implemented, so that they can plan accordingly.

For Day 1, no new Services will be introduced. Each group will continue to support its own offered services. Post Day 1, we will be looking at opportunities to integrate existing offered services and develop new ones, as appropriate, based on the product road map.

> I am a current Amiad/ Arkal customer. Will I need to sign a new contract for services after the merger is finalized?

No, any contracts signed prior to the closing of the merger will remain valid with no changes in the terms and conditions.

No, not at the moment. It might be probable in the future.

> Will Arkal's products be available through Amiad?

After finalizing the merger Arkal's products will continue to be sold through the existing Arkal channels. Customers that operate with both Amiad and Arkal will continue to operate as usual. Any future changes will be communicated accordingly.

> Will Arkal's brand be kept after the merger?

|
Yes. Amiad filtration system holds 3 brands: Amiad, Filtomat and Arkal. Amiad will keep and strengthen its 3 brands.

Amiad intends to continue to serve you in a way that best meets your needs. You will be able to continue to rely on your existing relationships with your Amiad and Arkal sales representatives and partners. You will continue to purchase Arkal products and services from your Arkal account manager, and Amiad products and services from your Amiad account managers.
We will communicate any changes in your current account team if they occur.

Licensing, Pricing, And Renewal Questions

> Will I be able to consolidate my Amiad/Arkal contracts into a single contract?

Buying programs and purchasing systems, which includes contracts, will continue to operate separately for some time following the closure of the merger. Please continue to purchase and access Arkal and Amiad products, support, and services as you have previously. In the future we will communicate any changes if and as they occur.

> Can I purchase Amiad and Arkal products in a single purchase order?

|
You will purchase Amiad products and services on an Amiad's purchase order, and Arkal products and services on an Arkal's purchase order for the foreseeable future. Any future changes will be communicated accordingly.
