Amiad awarded a large FPSO contract 12 December, 2007 Israel In August 2007, Amiad Filtration Systems, via its subsidiary FCS in Singapore, has obtained a contract for the supply of a seawater injection filtration package onboard of a FPSO. Expected Installation date is mid. 2008. The package is designed for 80.000 BWPD and consists of a two stage filtration concepts based on the well proven Amiad EBS 15.000 automatic self-cleaning filters. The first stage with a 50 micron filtration degree will remove large particles and will protect the second stage which will remove all particles larger then 10 micron.
