Singapore''s Prime Minister visits FCS booth at Singapore International Water Week 3 July, 2008 Singapore Singapore International Water Week, a global platform for water solutions, took place June 23-27, 2008. During this week policy makers, industry leaders, experts and practitioners gathered to address challenges, showcase technologies and celebrate achievements. Visited by Singapore's Prime Minister, Amiad's subsidiary FCS exhibited Amiad's products and technologies, which are being used by Singapore's water authority (PUB) in the NEWATER project. NEWATER factory recovers good quality water from secondary treated sewage effluent, for industrial applications and for drinking purposes.
